Sage Intacct hypercare and post go-live sync

Most Sage Intacct implementations do not end at cutover. The client runs old and new systems side by side, other applications still need data, and the first month-end close brings questions. superglue turns the remaining flows into scheduled tools that run without you and alert you when they fail.

How this step works

What the agent does

  • Builds each sync as a saved tool from a plain-language description of direction, trigger and conflicts.
  • Runs it on a schedule or from a webhook, with no AI at execution time.
  • Alerts you by email or Slack when a run fails, with the failing step and input.
  • Triages hypercare issues from email, Slack or Teams and drafts the fix for your review.

What you decide and approve

  • Which system owns each record and how conflicts resolve.
  • The schedule and who gets alerted.
  • When the parallel run ends and hypercare closes.

What the client gets

  • Running syncs with alerts on failure.
  • An issue log for the hypercare period.

What Sage Intacct clients need after go-live

  1. 01

    Payroll journals with dimensions

Payroll from ADP, Gusto or another provider has to land with the right departments and locations, or labor reporting breaks.

  2. 02

    Deals into invoices

Closed deals in Salesforce or HubSpot become Sage Intacct invoices, with status back to the CRM.

  3. 03

    Bank and payout reconciliation

Stripe payouts and bank data feed Sage Intacct so cash reconciles every day.

Frequently asked questions

What do Sage Intacct clients need after go-live?

Payroll journals with dimensions; Deals into invoices; Bank and payout reconciliation. Each flow runs as a saved tool on a schedule, with alerts when it fails.

Does superglue use AI every time a sync runs?

No. The agent builds the sync once. After you approve it, the saved tool runs the same way every time. AI is used only to build and repair it.

How does superglue work with our consultants?

superglue works alongside your team. The agent takes on the repetitive work, such as reading documents, drafting, mapping, loading and reconciling. Your consultants keep the client relationship and the decisions, and they approve every change to a client system.

Can we use our own implementation method?

Yes. Write your firm's method as a playbook, and every consultant and every session follows it. The documents the agent produces carry your firm's branding.

Which systems can we migrate from into Sage Intacct?

Common sources are QuickBooks, Sage 50, Sage 100 and Sage 200, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Xero and spreadsheets. The agent also reads Excel, CSV and XML exports and most systems with an API or a database.

Is client data safe?

superglue holds a SOC 2 Type 2 report and works under GDPR. Credentials are encrypted with AES-256. On the Enterprise plan, superglue can run on your own infrastructure.

How do we start?

Start with one live Sage Intacct project. Connect the client's systems, give the agent the statement of work, and run the first steps together with us.
