Business Central· Hypercare
Business Central hypercare and post go-live sync
Most Business Central implementations do not end at cutover. The client runs old and new systems side by side, other applications still need data, and the first month-end close brings questions. superglue turns the remaining flows into scheduled tools that run without you and alert you when they fail.
How this step works
What the agent does
- Builds each sync as a saved tool from a plain-language description of direction, trigger and conflicts.
- Runs it on a schedule or from a webhook, with no AI at execution time.
- Alerts you by email or Slack when a run fails, with the failing step and input.
- Triages hypercare issues from email, Slack or Teams and drafts the fix for your review.
What you decide and approve
- Which system owns each record and how conflicts resolve.
- The schedule and who gets alerted.
- When the parallel run ends and hypercare closes.
What the client gets
- Running syncs with alerts on failure.
- An issue log for the hypercare period.
What Business Central clients need after go-live
- 01
Phased moves off Dynamics GP
When some companies stay on Dynamics GP for a while, their data has to flow into Business Central until they move.
- 02
Rebuilt integrations
Banking, payroll and CRM connections go live with Business Central and need monitoring from day one.
- 03
Reports
Reports built on Dynamics GP do not move. Plan which ones are rebuilt and which become exports.
Frequently asked questions
What do Business Central clients need after go-live?
Phased moves off Dynamics GP; Rebuilt integrations; Reports. Each flow runs as a saved tool on a schedule, with alerts when it fails.
Does superglue use AI every time a sync runs?
No. The agent builds the sync once. After you approve it, the saved tool runs the same way every time. AI is used only to build and repair it.
How does superglue work with our consultants?
superglue works alongside your team. The agent takes on the repetitive work, such as reading documents, drafting, mapping, loading and reconciling. Your consultants keep the client relationship and the decisions, and they approve every change to a client system.
Can we use our own implementation method?
Yes. Write your firm's method as a playbook, and every consultant and every session follows it. The documents the agent produces carry your firm's branding.
Which systems can we migrate from into Business Central?
Common sources are Microsoft Dynamics GP, Dynamics NAV, QuickBooks, Sage 50 and spreadsheets. The agent also reads Excel, CSV and XML exports and most systems with an API or a database.
Is client data safe?
superglue holds a SOC 2 Type 2 report and works under GDPR. Credentials are encrypted with AES-256. On the Enterprise plan, superglue can run on your own infrastructure.
How do we start?
Start with one live Business Central project. Connect the client's systems, give the agent the statement of work, and run the first steps together with us.
