Acumatica implementation handover

A Acumatica implementation ends with documents the client signs and a trail they can rely on. superglue produces both from the work already done in the project, so handover is exporting and sharing.

How this step works

What the agent does

  • Compiles the requirements, design, mapping, test and cutover documents.
  • Exports them as PDF, Word, HTML or Excel with your firm's branding.
  • Provides the run history of every load and sync as the audit trail.
  • Documents the syncs that keep running, so the client team can operate them.

What you decide and approve

  • Which documents the client signs.
  • Who on the client side keeps access, and with which role.
  • When the project closes.

What the client gets

  • The signed project documents in your firm's branding.
  • The audit trail of every load and sync.

What the Acumatica handover should contain

  1. 01

    The account and subaccount design

Why each segment exists, so the client does not add combinations that break reporting.

  2. 02

    Reconciliation per branch

Trial balance and open AR and AP for each branch at cutover, signed by the client.

  3. 03

    The audit trail

Every load into the sandbox and production tenant, with its input and result.

Yes. Every run is recorded with its input, each step's result and its output.

How does superglue work with our consultants?

superglue works alongside your team. The agent takes on the repetitive work, such as reading documents, drafting, mapping, loading and reconciling. Your consultants keep the client relationship and the decisions, and they approve every change to a client system.

Can we use our own implementation method?

Yes. Write your firm's method as a playbook, and every consultant and every session follows it. The documents the agent produces carry your firm's branding.

Which systems can we migrate from into Acumatica?

Common sources are Microsoft Dynamics GP, QuickBooks, Sage 100, MYOB and spreadsheets. The agent also reads Excel, CSV and XML exports and most systems with an API or a database.

Is client data safe?

superglue holds a SOC 2 Type 2 report and works under GDPR. Credentials are encrypted with AES-256. On the Enterprise plan, superglue can run on your own infrastructure.

How do we start?

Start with one live Acumatica project. Connect the client's systems, give the agent the statement of work, and run the first steps together with us.
